Hello everyone, I have tried everything I know and I hit the wall. Ok so here is what I tried, I have deleted the device on device manager and let windows reinstall it but that didnt do anything. I think that it might be a windows problem, because the USB ports provide power to anything that I plug in like my Ipod and it charges, and also it says that the device is "working properly." I tried to update the bios and also download all updates and all original drivers from sony but its not doing anything. Any help?

No, its a laptop and I looked at the motherboard and it looks ok, i think it is a program problem because the USB powers things but Also I dont have that utility that is about "safe to remove hardware" do you think thats a problem?
