usb bootable

    hi all can anyone heelp im trying to install win xp on a netbook which dosent have a cd dvd drive if possable how can i do this using a mem stick as ive tried to install after putting an iso image on the stick but cant boot from this and it wont let me install from the stick once logged on thanks
