Hello there, couldn't find an answer to this in any other forums...

I'm wondering is it possible to have PS2 games and PC files on the same HDD, so that I can access files in Windows Explorer and then play PS2 games on the PS2. I've got a Seagate 320GB USB drive, but I can take it out of the case and connect it to the Network Adaptor.

I pressume it's something to do with partioning the drive but when I do partion it, WinHIP tells me there's no MBR on the drive and it needs to be formatted. Once WinHIP formats it Windows can't recognize it anymore, so it seems I can either use it for the PS2 or Windows, but not both. Any Ideas?

Nope, just one or the other. No way currently to have 2 separate types of formates on one HDD.
