I am trying to find out once and for all if i can use my cd rom drive to to make vcd's from dvd's. Is there a way for me to create an image of a dvd or somthin of that nature and burn it to cd in anoither format with software and my d drive or do i have to stop being cheap and buy a dvd burner. I am willing to download software or buy software if it can be done with my CD rom drive. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. All responces will be welcome.
to go from dvd to vcd or svcd you going to need at least a dvd-rom and a cd burner. Just a cd rom will not work. Also, remove your email address from your sig. Forum rules, you cannot post your email address!!
