    Hi All,
I am a newbie to DVD backups and tried it last night and everytime i try to burn a movie it tells me the burn failed, acutally 1 in every 3-4 works but these disc's are not cheap so here is what i am using nero 6.3.1.20 and the latest DVD Shrink I downloaded yesterday. I am currently using a my desktop it's a Gateway P4 1.8GHz processor with 512 mb ram with a memorex 16x dvd burner (which is also a duel layer burner) with DVD+R's I am currently burning using ridata 8x dvd+R disc's (are those made by ritek?) I have been hearing so many good things about ritek i want to make sure i am using a quality disc to burn, but anyway as i was saying i believe this is a software problem but i don't know exactly what else to do. I have uninstalled Nero and dvd shrink so many time i lost count. shrink seems to be working fine, my problem is soley on burning with nero if there are any suggestions i would greatly appriciate it.

    thank you in advance,
    Kevin
Here is a log of the error i am receiving:

Do you have the full version of Nero? Also there is a update to Nero v6.3.1.25.

    Also try uninstalling InCD4.
