The problem is that I guess this burner is so new the software doesn't know about it. When I launch Instant Copy the drive doesn't appear on the destination side. It does appear on the source side. I'm not sure why it's on that side and not the destination. Anyway anyone have any ideas?

You may have to update your software to make it compatible with DVD Writing. You never specified the model of writer you are using, just that it is an Optorite DVD Writer. However, that isnt really going to affect your curent situation. Try downloading Record Now Max 4.50, far better for burning DVD's.

Optorite only makes 1 DVD burner. It's the dd0203 and it's pretty new. In InstantCopy I can add it as a writer I think if I pick a driver that will work with it. I'm not sure which to chose. Does anyone have this burner and is using InstantCopy.
