Hi, I have a v220 motorola phone and I just installed Phone Tools 3. My phone is not recognize eventho I can choose v220 in GSM section. When I go to Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager/Modem, I can See the Motorola USB. In the properties, when I click query under diagnostic, it says that the modem isn't working, no signal. I use to hae Phone Tools 2 and never got the software to work for the same reasons... Anybody can help me?
Just got my phone today (18th) and am in the same boat as you... when I open the MPT software it just says initializing and never connects to my phone, so if you have any ideas or happen upon any solutions let me know.
