first, your phone only has about 1.5-1.8MB of usable memory. So any pictures and ringtones you've added take away from that space. Also, I really have no idea if you can actually store and play videos on this phone (I own this phone too and the manual doesn't address it that I can find). If someone knows for sure if it's listed in the manual, tell me the page number. LOL
