VCD Help Please

    Hi; I am new to all this VCD stuff and I need some help please.

    I have downloaded an Avi file which is over the 700mb to fit onto a disk - and I am sick of watching it on my PC and would like to watch it on my PC and was wondering is there anyway in which I could shrink the Avi file so it is able to fit to make a VCD or is this not possible...
