Hello, i'm portuguese and i'm an iniciate on video editing.

i had some DVD's recorded in a concorder and know i want to edit them.
i'm using MagicDVDRipper to convert .vob to .mpg(VCD) (or .avi or .wmv), then edit on Movie maker and finaly make the dvd and burn with Sonic MyDVD.

i allready make one, butt the image quality was very poor, because i initialy convert .vob to .wmv. So my question, what is the difference between convert vob files to AVI or VCD? i know that the VCD files are greater than the AVI, can this be a problem with burn at the final to only one DVD?

in terms off image i can't see great quality difference.

    Thanks.
