I am trying to make a VCD. The AVI file is 750mb. I want to get it on 2 CD's but when I encode it to mpeg-1 it is 2 gig with TMPG. Any Idea how to get this smaller but not loose to much quality?

    Thanks,

VCD always takes 10megs per minute and it can't be changed -> 100min average movie takes a gig.
