VCD WRITING I CAN'T DO IT HELP!

    Right ok, where to start, i can't get these video's to play on a vcd do i need a special cd, or special software or do i have the wrong files, i got them off of KaZaA here's one for example

    (smr)blade2-ts-(1of2)
    it's a video clip

    here's the "video format"
    352 x 208, 24 Bits, 65322 Frames, 20.000 Frames/Sec, 61 KB/Sec, MS-MPEG4 V3

    and the sound format
    MPEG Layer-3,96 kBit/s, 48,000 Hz, Stereo

    I just started with creating VCD's, so I could be wrong or not accurate enough, but just trying to help:
    You say that the file is mpeg4. VCD is mpeg1, and I believe 352 * 240. So I guess you have to convert your file to vcd-format, or at least mpeg1 format. Ulead Media Studio Pro can help you with that.
