Need help with a file I recorded off of my camcorder onto my cpu. I must have recorded wrong as it comes up as a VCR file that plays on ATI file player. I need to know how to put existing file on DVD.

    I have Nero/DVD shrink!!

    Thanks

What program did you capture with, and how was the camcorder connected to your computer?

    Thanks for the speedy reply...

It was captured with a ATI file player program. It saved in VCR instead of MPG file. It was done a couple of years ago but I think it was connected thru the s-vedio/AV out. I had a panasonic palmsight that had s-vedio/AVout adapter.

    Thanks Again

Sorry I can't help you. I have never seen a VCR capture file. You could try a "google" to see if anything shows up on how to convert that file to a DVD compliant mpeg2 file.
