Hi all, I have problem with VOIP microphone level, very low. I think there's a software conflict, I use Skype but my computer has Carpo installed also. How can i find and uninstall Carpo? It does'nt appear in my currently installed programmes list. There is a shortcut on my desktop and I can locate six Carpo files but can't figure how to uninstall them... P.S. its a Targa Dual core. Tried different headsets which work perfectly on my older desktop, any ideas out there please?

Easy way to uninstall would be to back up all data and complete a system re store pryer to installing capro. If there is no other way to unistall this may be your best option to get rid of it.
