Video CD-RMVB file???

    Help...Ive just downloaded a movie from the net,and its format is Video CD-One CD,and it is a RMVB file,235mb????Ive not come across one of these before so can anyone out there help me with burning it and software needed.....THANKS FOR ANY HELP.....
