Alright, well I made a video using adobe premiere, exported it uncompressed, and then used VideoMach to compress it.
I used Divx 6.6.1 for video, and for audio I don't really have a codec to use but I set the quality all the way down.
The file was originally 4.33gb and now is only 123 MB, but for a 20 minute video, that seems very large.
Size is 360x240, frame rate 29.97, audio 16khz.

Any suggestions on how I can get the video file down more without ruining it?

    Thanks.

You should try another video codec. Try another app for converting it where it can let you choose the codec, bitrate etc.

H.264 is a better choice, but it will take so long time to encoding.
