Video DV to DVD via windows Moviemaker

I wrote in earlier about this problem. I am trying to burn a video from windows movie maker to a DVD. DVD shrink and Encrypter were recomended. They seem to cover copying DVD to DVD but not from My hard drive. Are the WMM files in the in correct format ? Is there a way to convert them? Is their a source for help. You guys have been great. Can you help

You will need a proggy to convert your wmm file to a .vob that is mpeg-2 compliant.

The title name of this software is misleading: It can convert other types of media, not just divx.
