Hey everyone, I read the tutorial on how to copy songs from your iPod back to your computer, and it was quite helpful. Unfortunately it said nothing about videos. Is is possible to transfer them as well? Also, on a different note, I'm sending my iPod into apple for a battery replacement soon, but it also has a cracked screen. Since apple doesnt replace the battery as much as send you another iPod (as stated on their site) should I wait to see if I get an iPod with a working screen back from them before I pay a crazy amount of money to a 3rd party company to get it fixed? Anyone have any experience with something like this? Would it work or no? Thanks in advance for any and all help, burner413
