video_ts folder, how to burn?

    hi. i downloaded a 4 gb movie and i'd like to burn it. I have a dual format dvd burner and nero 6.6

    the file came down as a video_ts folder with several files inside with .bup, .vob, and .ifo extensions.

    I have no idea what to do with this, I don't even know if I can mount it on my computer to watch the movie.

    can someone help?

    Open Nero Burning Rom.
    From the templates, select DVD Video.
    Drag the VIDEO_TS folder from right to left.
    Burn.
