videos with windows movie maker won't play

    hey, i made some movies with windows movie maker, and when i burn them to cd/dvd, it burns them in himat format. my dvd player won't read that format. is there anyway I could convert this to mpeg somehow?

    Try Mainconcept encoder. TMPGEnc is good but its kinda time consuming. I use Mainconcept encoder, its very fast and all you do is take the encoded file and write it onto disc. Both are excellent though.
