I've got a HP express card tv tuner and I am able to watch regular (Co-ax cable) TV. I have no idea how I'm supposed to tune it to the RCA (3-prong (red yellow white)) cables. Can somebody help me?

I imagine they connect to a VCR or DVD player, so you can watch a tape or disk.Did it not come with instructions?

Yes they do and I don't have one. I need to know how to "Change the channel" to the RCA input. These cables attach via a dongle to the card.
