Virtual Debit cardz??

    Hey, I was just wondering I saw PayPal's VMC (virutal mastercard) but, is there a way to get one withOUT a credit card? I don't have a CC nor do I want a real one. I just want a Virtual Debit Card that I can preload via my PayPal account to about $20 so I can buy some **** off the net.

    lol, I was gonna use it for the Gratis Internet sites so I could give them that without using my parents real card. That way they can't scam me :D
