Virus protection please help

    ok i have norton anti virus 2004 and i tryed to delete the norton firewall from the add and remove window and it made a error after i rebooted so i did a system restore to try to fix it now the error is fixed but now i can't use auto protect i can do a manual scan but its not on and i cant enable it anyone know a solution?

    I hate Norton like i hate broken ribs, if you wont to remove it all together then i would boot in safe mode and delete it manually by going into program files and then via the registry or you could always format your HDD but am sure you don’t wont to be doing that, Also try the Norton website to see if they have a solution.

    try reload norton to see if solve problem. friend told me that the norton site has a virus in it again

    See Norton suck, Never Heard of that with Mcafee ;-)

    even microsoft has had a virus on their xp updates site as found out when updating a customer's computer in spring time
