vista help

    so i just install a Windows Vista Ultimate but it didnt find my speaker the windows say no audio output device is installed my speaker are logitech a real old one any one have any idea??

    With over 30,000 drivers that supposedly shipped with Vista, you'd think the older hardware would be up and running without any issues.

    But, that's not the case. Older hardware, especially sound cards including the latest and greatest, X-Fi series (not exactly old)...have been left in the dust. Taking into consideration that DS3D (DirectSound 3D) is not supported in Vista...older cards may not even work at all.

    Your best bet is to visit the Logitech support pages and see what you can dig up.
