Voice doesn't match picture

I'm completely new to nero. I've been having trouble with the voice not matching the picture. Some videos have no problems, some do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

Is the sync problem converting avi to dvd?

 

It must be. There was no error message though.

 

Try this, it should help to resolve the audio out of sync.

1) go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter
2) rename NeAudio2.ax to OLDNeAudio2.ax
3) rename NeVideo.ax to OLDNeVideo.ax.

In the future, or if you ever need to change them back for any reason just rename them two files to it's original name.
