My w800i won't let me type a text message of more than about 150 ish characters. And yet my old w800i would allow me to type unlimited length text messages. It would simply tell me when I had spilt over into another message. How do I stop my new w800i from limiting the length of a text?

ok, I worked it out for those who are interested / have the same problem... go into texting on the main menu, then scroll to the last item which is settings, then select text message, then select max msg length, then select max. available.

Sorry to have bothered you... all a bit obvious and easy really.

Tune in the same time next week for another exciting episode of 'thick bloke realises how to operate a telephone'. aka RTFM.
