    hello evry body im new to the forum, and i hope im in right section.

    i want a new psp, so is it possible to buy a new psp with firmware 3.40????

    Sure, I just bought a PSP last month and it had firmware 2.71 on it. If you are planning on the Lumines downgrade it is safe to say that most likely none of the retailers you go to will be carrying PSP's with firmware 3.52 installed. The reason? Backstock, theres boxes of PSP's from months past sitting in the stores warehouse that have a older firmware version. And those need to be sold before the new stock arrives which would have the newer firwmares.
