Hi make sure you are pressing ok to store after each individual digit you put in otherwise it doesnt save it are you in uk? ill post my ntl codes to make sure youve got the right ones if you are

Hi your area could be the old telewest or the old c and w , even though you are on ntl, try putting in the other codes
Try flashing your box to version 3 of the firmware, this sorted out my issues, I was going round and round in circles putting in so many different codes. You also might want to put the codes in with the EMU off then turn it back on when you have finished (this worked for me on Wednesday evening)
