I am on windows ME and I get the following error..

"Waveout format not supported"..I do not have sound.

I am using music match jukebox to play my audio. On top of the error box read "MMJB Soundcard Problem"...

I recently did a system restore..Could that be the problem.

    Thank

Support for WAV audio is native to all OS's since Windows was first created.
If you do not have audio, the problem must be with your hardware and/or your hardware's software drivers.
    There you go :)
Locate the very latest drivers for your audio hardware, and reinstall them. Then reboot.
    Then, reinstall your DirectX.
If DirectX asks you to reboot, you then know that it too needed reinstalling.
Let us know if this does not get you fixed up,
    Regards
