I've been reading and searching the internet for hours, so I am sorry if this question has been answered and I just couldn't find it.

I got an xbox 360 arcade console for xmas as well as a WD scorpio 120 gb sata drive. I see how to make the drive work with the xbox 360, but now I can't seem to find if it is able to be flashed to play backups.

As of right now are the hitachi and samsung the only drives which can be flashed or can the 120gb be flashed? If so, is there a link to info and whatever programs you need?

Thanks for any help in advance.

if it has the benq drive it can be flashed in the computer with no soldering required. The hitachi 79 requires a passkey to be installed before flashing
