    By reading this forum I've magaged to get everything to work on my v220. Mobile phone tools works, but I have to stick with an old version and list my phone as a v600 to get the multimedta to work. I have 2 v220s. One of them is from Cincinnati bell. I've managed to unlock it to work with Cingular however the web browser still looks for Cincinnati bell and doesn't connect. Can I copy the info from one phone to the other. If so how? Also, how do I back up my info? Thanks in advance for any help.

    i guess u have to contact ur service provider, but yes u can copy it from another fone....

    How do I back up my info and copy the info from one phone to the other in PK2 tools?

    u cant backup using the P2KTools, u have to do it manual i mean get a paper and a pen and write down :D
