Web cam/ security camera question

    I would like to know if its possible to get a program that lets my web cam record for a long period of time. I recently got broken into and i have the perfect spot to point the web cam if they happen to show up again. thanks

    Its logitec, but fairly old and ive lost the program that came with it...could probably find it if i had too, but it didnt record for a long time, only a few minutes tops.

    check logitech for possible updated software as i am running quick cam & i think it runs for a while

    i have a logitech and it has an option where u can also set it to record motion, so you wont have to look through an entire video in order to see anything
