hi, i have had an idea for a website which is already similarly done but not in my country. i would like to do this with changes but can anyone tell me how i would go about doing this as i dont have alot of money for a web designer. is there a way i can use the other website as a template or something. thanks everyone!!!
If you don't even tell us what you are trying to achieve, then how do you expect people to offer decent adivce and help? Nevertheless, a very good HTML editor/creator etc is Macromedia Dreamweaver.
