i never heard of this in my life but my neighbors pc plays music when ever it feels like and there isnothing running on the pc and it plays random out the speakers on her flat monitor and no programs come up to play them its like ghost music lmao but the music it plays is hindou music and dunno why it does this cant figure out how its even doing this can some one help me to find out why its playing music random on its own ever after when i click the start button?????
Sounds like a nearby radio or TV station being picked up by the audio cable from computer to monitor. This can quite easily happen. Tell her to try moving the cable or change it. Also check properly plugged in. If cable is removed from monitor sounds should stop.
