I have a 160 WD hard drive and i tried to plug it into the network adapter and it wouldnt fit. How do you modify the NA or the hd in order to make them fit? Thanks!

if you can return the WD hdd and get a maxtor instead you might have better luck seeing how most maxtors seem to fit the NA perfectly.

yea, i have a maxtor and it fits perfectly but its only 80 gb. I read on Hdadvance site that the hd/na need to be modify to make a fit but it doesnt say how.

I've seen pics of an adaptor, and I'm telling you...I wouldn't try it, it looked really bulky and outright dangerous (to your PS2 anyway)...I would just see if I could get another drive, preferably a Maxtor.

The adaptor went in between the HDD and the network adaptor and it didn't look like it would fit, but I could be wrong.
