what causing jerky movements??

    hi there. is there anyone that can explain, why when i put a movie on disk and play it back, it has jerky movements. if i can explain when the movie pans from left to right its not a smooth movement,its like it pans in seperate pieces i hope i explained this ok, please can anyone help. thankyou look forward to an answer.

    Tough to say, because you left out a lot of details like computer specs, what program you used to burn the DVD, and what you are playing the DVD on, computer, set top player.....

    hi there yeah sorry , at this time all i can tell you is i used convertxtodvd to burn to disk, and i use a panasonic, dvd player connected to my tv. also what specs of the pc do you need, like i say have no problem putting on disk just got those jerky movements, thanks for your help grandpaBW ook forward to your reply.

    Does the video play fine, before you convert it and burn it to a DVD?

    What brand DVD are you burning to?

    What video card, processor, etc. do you have in your computer?

    Are you multitasking while you burn the DVD?
