Do you have the latest version of dvd decrypter?
If you do,try playing your movie in your dvd player software ie.windvd powerdvd etc.,pause the movie and try ripping again.
A little info on error messages would be nice.

click on where it says dvd decrypter and youll find the one that came out Dec.5 2005
2 versions W.S. and full shouldnt matter.
Im guessing this movie is either resident evil 2 or little black book?

some of the newer movies like the 2 mentioned in my last post have been known to cause problems.
get the new decrypter or buy AnyDvd that should fix you up .

There is several other options that will do the job, but most arent free like dvd decrypter and shrink.

vobblanker is another free one but ive never used that.
did you even try the new dvd decrypter? there is new encryption out, dvd decrypter cuts right through.
