I don't need much. Windows Media Player seemed fine but then started screwing up - wouldn't burn some files, the file list to be burned didn't match the file list I'd submitted....

Checked the web and it seems WMP is not recommended.

So went elsewhere and everywhere I went I found myself trying to do download from what Avira told me was a malware site, virus infected and all....

Saw recommendations for Imgburn but I use that and I don't think it's exactly handy for authoring, is it? I mean just putting up a list from a dir on the pc or even dragging a dir over there and having the app burn what it can and then ask for more disks or just quit and let you do it...

    Any recommendations?

We have Magix Movie Editor somewhere in all our junk I know but if I remember right it's far too clever for a simple thing like burning a selection of MP3's or whatever to make an audio CD. But if I'm wrong about that please tell me and I'll dig it out...

    :)
