Without both the HD and the network adaptor? Would anyone be willing to test it out for me?

Are you sure? I'm wondering if my copy of HDLoader works before I buy the drive and the network adaptor. But it always says, insert a PS2 game.

is it the original hd loader or a burnt copy? if its burnt, you need a mod to run it.

I'm using a burnt copy. Oh yes, I totally forgot that I needed a modchip to run burned games. I guess I have to go out and BUY HDLoader. Is there a way I can run a copied HDLoader without a modchip? For example, a copy burned directly off of the real copy?

you cant run a burned copy of anything (except movies) unless you have some sort of mod.
