what if i am a new member of ebay and do not have a rating?
will my feedback be 0%? then how will i start to sell?

You only receive a feedback rating when you sell or buy something. Also, this is not a hindrance at all as far as opening a new account and start selling.

 

so there will be no feedback? and it will say that i am selling for the first time?
