what is a better program for backing up PS2 games?

    It's pretty much a matter of preference.

    But I use DVDD for DVD ISO's, and Alcohol for cd's.

    As to which is better, I'd say DVDD, because it's free.

    Alchohol 120% is GOOD! Try to torrent one :) I did... well worth it!

    DVD Decrypter is the easiest to use for both backing up and burning DVD backups. Use Alcohol for CD images. If you look at the options in that, you get an option for reading and burning PS2 games.

    Best optons,best error log reporting.
    Best on the wallet too.

    But whatever floats your boat.

    If you have a 40gb HD, my vote is for HDAdvance 2.0. So goodbye to scratched-up games!
