[bold]What is a fix?[/bold] A fix is a cd/dvd image from http://swapmagicfix.com . [bold]What are the uses for it?[/bold] The uses are for if the game loads in Swap Magic but just stays at a black screen then that means it needs a fix. If you game is a DVD9 you can download the guide at http://swapmagicfix.com and it will tell you how to do it. If anymore things need to be added in this question contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org . If the email is removed then find my email on my profile or somethin. [bold]Do I need it for every game?[/bold] No, just for games that don't boot up or just need it. [bold]How do I use it?[/bold] Ok, go to http://swapmagicfix.com and search for you game title. Then the first column is of course the game title. The second column is the region (USA or Japan, etc.) and the third column is the "fix" for PS2 versions v1-v6 and the fourth column is the fix for v7 ps2s and up. The last column is what the fix does to the game. Mostly it just lets it load with swap magic. Once you find the fix you need, burn the CDLoader if you need to, to a CDr with any burning program. Then boot your swap magic and swap with the CDLoader. Then follow the onscreen instructions and then when it says ea method at the end... use your swapping method. If the fix is a rip to dvd5 then follow the instructions in the zip/rar package. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY (READ EVERYTHING) SO YOU CAN PLAY THE WHOLE GAME. written by: chrisosx If anything needs to be added.. email me at the email in my profile or something.
