what is disk rot?

    Its when a cd or dvds blue or green (writable side) slowly deteriorates. Little specs r shown or can chip off (most common in cheaper brand dvd-rs)

    Or it can happen during production. Personally i bought a 25pack of melody dvd-rs off the net and about 10 of them had disc rot (little tiny specs of black on them) basically meant data wouldnt burn on those dots, causin the disc to be a waste. The dots r seriously tiny so if u suspect sumtin, look closely.
