My opinion is: VCDEasy (or, maybe, the freeware VCDGear? But I never learned to use it because I own a registered version of VCDEasy). But you'll have to make a SVCD and some DVD players give problems. If your DVD player gives those problem, you'll need [bold]Womble MPEG conevrter (MPEG-VCR)[/bold] to convert the MPEG-2 into a MPEG-1 Video CD. In this case you'll lose about 1.5 hrs, but it's easy to use and very useful.
Ready the 'sticky' thread "100% method to make a VCD" to learn VCDEasy.
I'm trying to convert all users to avoid usind the lame Nero for VCDs!!!
Ah, if your burner doesn't support CDRDAO, you'll have to choose as 'burner' the VIRTUAL IMAGE RECORDER. You'll end with a BIN/CUE you can burn with the application you like.
