    what is the maximum hrs when we charge a laptop 100%?
    I want to know it because I have a windows 8.1 laptop.:cool::cool:

    has nothing to do with windows but to do with the battery.

    Unlikely you'll ever get 100% however you need to keep in mind batteries today are made for cycling from charged to low continually.Suggest you check stats of the battery manufacturer to see what mins or hrs they recommend to charge also depending on battery type a fast charge may be better for longevity than slow charging,yeah man most batts today won't last long when slow charging the science is out it seems faster shorter is better
