    nasher,

Sounds like you need to try a better grade media.

Cheap media will react like incompatable media many times - I suggest that you don't cheat - use top-of-the-line, name-brand media - it truly pays in the long run.

Also, make sure your media is "squeekie clean" :))

BTW - Did Final Destination and Destination 2 AND Spider-guy - you should have smooth sailing using DVDShrink 3.1.3 :)

    nasher,

Did you try DVD Decrypter to see is that would see it and then decrypt it ?

Then you go to Shrink and open up the files in "Open File".

    nasher,

OK, my little Buddy, let's try to figure this out - is it the original DVD ??

Forget the backing up, will it play like a DVD movie on your PC ?

If Yes to both of the above,
I want you to start playing the DVD -
THEN open Shrink, minimize the movie, then click "open Disc" now as soon as it starts, turn off the player :))

    nasher,

It would seem that something is wrong with the disc if it won't play in anything - it doesn’t have to be scratches -

Could it be a PAL instead of a NTSC disc ??
