I'm new to backing up PS2 games, so could you guys help me out? I have a DVD Rom drive, a cd-r/cd-rw writer, Nero 5.5., CloneCD, and CDRWin 5. I've copied DVDs to my hard HDD w/CloneCD, but what do I do from here? I've tried different forums tutorials, but it never seems to work. I always get a copyright protection, invalid format error, or don't have the right format to use with the software! Please help!

I don't have a DVD writer, it's just a Lite-On 166s reader. I didn't think I had to have one, because there was other ways to do it?

If you're trying to copy DVD-based games onto a CDR, you'll have to use specific rip kits for each individual game. You can find them floating around on the net.
