What software for this application?

    I have a DVD file on my computer, and the main movie has a segment in it which I want to remove. Is there any software with which I can open the DVD movie and edit that part out? thanks

    Hi s37d, welcome to aD,

    Try using DVD Shrink. Sections as small as a Gop (the smallest video file group equaling a fraction of a second) can be removed by using DVD Shrink in the re-Author mode -
