I have a major problem. I recently just did a backup right now of a PSX Game...

Works fine in my PSX Console...

BUT DOESN'T WORK ON MY PS2 CONSOLE.

I have very many backups for the PSX, they all work fine, except this one. IS there a difference in my modchip or something? I think I'm using the one that embeds "Infinity 1.27", yes, that's the one.

I burned the .mds, so I'm sure it's fine, and it works on my PSX, too.

Is there anyway I can fix this without buying anything or having to open up the PS2? If there isn't, then what are the methods using those? If there is, then what is the method?

Oh, BTW, my PS2 is the slim one.

    At ps2 browser, try:
    Browser
    Version (triangle)
    Playstation driver (triangle)
    Disc speed "fast"
    Texture mapping "smooth"

I had the same problem as yours, and i always started using this method with all the psx games that i play with ps2. The most of times it results.
With some games , if i don´t do it, they don´t go ahead from the playstation logo.
And, try also to make a copy of your backup with "clone cd", since it allows you to copy with the lowest speed (1x).
    Hope i have helped someway.
