What to do w/ .nrg

    I was backing up some video footage onto a DVD and the extension is .nrg but I'm not familiar with this .nrg. Can it be easily converted to ISO? Will .nrg play on my set top DVD player?

    .nrg's are Nero's iso's - image files.
    Yes it should play an on a dvd player.

    You can burn it with Nero or ImgBurn.

    Not a problems
    Yep Nero like to use their own extension for image files - to be different I guess :)
